Adelphi Workforce - Referral Bonus Policy

Adelphi Workforce offers a Referral Bonus Program to reward individuals who refer qualified professionals for contract, temporary, and direct-hire assignments. Our goal is to connect with top talent through our valued referrers.
- Bonus Calculation: Based on Adelphi’s offered pay rate (not candidate’s current pay)
- Who Can Refer: External individuals only
- Bonus Amounts: Up to $2,000 based on hourly rate tier
- Disqualified Referrals: Existing candidates in our system
- Bonus Timing: Paid after placement milestones
- Submit Referral: Referral Form
How Hourly Rates Are Determined
- Contract/Temporary Roles: The hourly pay rate specified in Adelphi’s offer to the candidate
- Direct-Hire Roles: Converted from annual salary (
Annual Salary ÷ 2,080 hours) - Example: A candidate offered $104,000/year for a direct-hire role qualifies for Tier 3 ($50/hr equivalent)
How the Referral Process Works
1. Identify a Candidate: The candidate must meet minimum qualifications for their role.
2. Submit a Referral: Provide full name, contact info, and role details via our referral form.
3. Review & Placement: If hired, you may be eligible for a bonus based on their hourly rate.
Referral Bonus Tiers

Each referral earns a bonus upon successful placement. Refer multiple qualified candidates to receive multiple bonuses.
Terms & Conditions
- Candidate Eligibility: Candidate must be new to Adelphi Workforce — not previously in contact or submitted.
- Rate Verification: Final bonus tier determined by the executed contract or offer letter pay rate.
- Salaried Roles: Use
Annual Salary ÷ 2,080 hoursfor tier placement. - Hiring Window: Candidate must be hired within 6 months of referral submission.
- Bonus Disbursement:
- Contract Assignments: Paid within 30 days of completing 120 billable hours.
- Direct-Hire Placements: Paid within 30 days of completing 6-month retention period.
- Payment Method: Check or direct deposit.
- Tax Responsibility: Bonuses are taxable income.
- Program Changes: Adelphi Workforce may modify or terminate this program at any time.
